The theme “Overcoming boundaries, shaping cooperation together” focuses on the opportunities for education, innovation, the economy, businesses and the future of Kleve as a key city in the Euregio Rhein-Waal. Andreas Kochs, Executive Director of the Euregio Rhein-Waal, will take part in the first panel discussion, which will centre on the perspectives of the city, the region and the organisations involved.
